Aaand the first week of the Instagram contest came to an end! Thank you so much for your participation and all the great #GloVo moments you shared with us! The winning photo of this week was taken by one of your favorite Captains, Vasilis Eftychiakos. Vasilis, currently coordinating the «Art Athina» volunteers took a photo of a masterpiece that is being displayed at the fair, a stairway to heaven.

As you know, a few months ago we launched GloVo on Instagram and we already have more than 200 followers!
It is incredible to see all those great #GloVo photos from events, backstage and everyday life moments in GloVo! As they say, a picture is worth one thousand words!
Via #GloVo hashtag you are able to communicate with all the GloVo Instagrammers and keep being updated about what’s going on in our everyday life and volunteerism. It is your space that let you share your GloVo love and amazing photos with us!
In order to celebrate the 200 #GloVo photos we are launching the «#GloVo photo of the week competition» on Instagram.
In a few words:
Every Friday we are going to select one of the 3 most liked #GloVo photos that you will have uploaded on Instagram during the previous week and announce the winner through a blogpost which will be posted in all our social media. There is no limit in the number of photos that you can upload each week or restrictions as to what will be shown in the photo. For example you can upload a photo from a GloVo event or volunteer action, or even a photo of your everyday life in GloVo.
In that way we want to spread volunteerism and show the world how fun it is to volunteer and create a positive impact.
So, grab your phone or tablet and show us your #GloVo point of view ! Maybe next Friday, it will be your photo featured in our Social Media. Until then, follow us and take a look at the latest uploads.
