We have all read fairytales and watched movies with Captains and Pirates when we were young. And almost everyone dreamt (even once) than one day he/she would become the mighty Captain of a fearless crew, that would conquer the oceans and win difficult battles! Well, guess what!
GloVo is looking for such Captains for its amazing crew! And maybe you are one of them!
Are you good at training and motivating people? Are you the kind of leader that will take the team on his/her shoulders in difficult times and keep pushing until the final whistle? Do you think you can manage training a team of GloVo volunteers, organizing them and successfully coordinating them during a GloVo event?
